Judge Raymond Reisler graduated from Cornell in 1927 and from Columbia University Law School in 1929. At Cornell, he belonged to Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, the Masque, Columns Board, Varsity Lacrosse. He served as president of the Class of 1927 and as a member of the Cornell Council. He was in private practice as an attorney in Brooklyn and was active in the New York State Bar Association, serving as its president, and he was a member of the executive committee of the American Bar Association.
